Since its founding in 1983, European Investors has helped clients achieve their investment goals. Our success in attaining those goals is the result of our professionals and their expertise, global perspective and dedication to client service.

European Investors Inc (EII) is an asset management firm engaged in structuring and managing portfolios invested in global real estate securities, direct real estate and US general equities. EII is independently owned with over 50 employees, including eleven Principals. The firm is based in New York City with offices in Amsterdam, Singapore and Munich. Clients include US and European institutions and family offices. European Investors has over 20 years of expertise in real estate investments. We have been advising on the acquisition and ownership of direct US real estate since 1983, and recently expanded our direct real estate activities to Europe. We began managing US real estate securities portfolios in 1987 and expanded our offering globally to include Europe and Asia-Pacific in 2000.

The real estate business is our primary business and accounts for the majority of our assets under management. Roughly half is invested in global real estate securities and half is invested directly in properties in the US. (Our US equities business is a smaller but vital component of our overall business.)

We have dedicated funds domiciled both in the US and offshore, and also manage separate accounts.
