European Investors has been advising clients on the ownership of commercial real estate, both private and public/securitized since the mid-1980s. We have been managing US REIT portfolios for over 20 years and International/Global real estate securities portfolios for over 10 years. European Investors is independently owned and consists of over 50 employees, including 14 Principals. We value our independence and believe it better enables us to innovate and provide value added offerings for our clients.

EII is an acronym for European Investors Inc., a corporation formed under the laws of the state of Delaware in 1983. Initially focused on investing in the US on behalf of European investors, the company’s early expansion into US and Global REITs extended EII’s investor base to include institutional and ultra high net worth individuals and families in the United States, Europe, and most recently in Asia. Today, through a number of affiliated, wholly owned subsidiaries, EII offers a variety of funds and separate account strategies to investors around the world.
