Firm Organizational Structure
European Investors is incorporated in the state of Delaware and is a privately, 100% employee-owned corporation.
The firm consists of six affiliated companies that are wholly owned subsidiaries of European Investors Holding Company:
- European Investors Incorporated is our registered investment advisor and provides global real estate securities and US fixed income portfolio management services to all clients outside of North America.
- EII Realty Securities, Inc. is our registered investment advisor and provides global real estate securities portfolio management services to US and Canadian clients.
- EII Realty Corp. is our advisory company for private US real estate investments
- European Investors (Singapore) PTE. LTD was established as our Asian research base
- EII (Netherlands) B.V. was established as our European research base
- European Investors (Deutschland) AG was established as our European marketing and client service office
