We develop and implement customized investment strategies across property types, often through Joint Ventures (JVs) with high quality and fully integrated real estate operators (REITs or private companies).
We have a long and distinguished track record executing our disciplined approach to property acquisitions, prudent asset management and the use of moderate leverage. We are also proactive on the sale of assets, having sold a substantial number of our managed assets at peak valuations between 2005-2007, including our clients’ New York City office buildings and multi-family portfolios.
