European Investors Inc., E.I.I. Realty Securities Inc., E.I.I. Realty Corp. and E.I.I. Corporate Finance (collectively "E.I.I.") receives non-public personal information about its clients from the following sources:

• Information we receive on agreements, applications or other forms, and
• Information about transactions with E.I.I. or others.

E.I.I. does not disclose any non-public personal information to anyone, except as permitted by law.

If an account(s) is closed, E.I.I. will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

E.I.I. restricts access to personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to clients. E.I.I. may also enter into contracts with non-affiliated third parties, in which case they are prohibited from using client information other than to carry out the purposes for which the information was disclosed. Non-affiliated third parties are also required to certify compliance with Regulation S-P. E.I.I. maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to secure non-public personal information.
