US REIT - Core Strategy

The US Core REIT strategy seeks to provide current income and long term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of companies which either participate in or derive a significant portion of their revenues and or profits from the real estate sector.

Typically, an investment in commercial real estate provides a significant current return, customarily in the form of dividends, and additional appreciation potential, which means that the price of the investment increases over time. As such, a critical objective is to achieve total returns which includes a significant component of current income, or dividends, which may serve to provide portfolio stability during periods of overall market fluctuations. To pursue capital appreciation, we target companies with the highest risk-adjusted total return potential.
